Pad 1 has 1.80 acres and is operational with a signature Royal Farm convenience store and gas station. Pad 2 has 1.35 acres and Pad 3 has 1.27 acres. This included an MDE physical site inspection in 2016 where all Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) plans and mandatory inspection reports were examined and approved.
