Sansbury Crossing is a 4.48-acre Mixed-Use-Transportation site in Upper Marlboro, Maryland which includes 30,000 square feet of approved retail commercial space. Pad 1 has 1.80 acres and is operational with a signature Royal Farm convenience store and gas station. Pad 2 has 1.35 acres and Pad 3 has 1.27 acres. They both are graded with all utilities to or adjacent to these commercial sites. It is confirmed in a recent traffic study that in excess of 30,000 cars pass this property daily. 

Salient Solutions provided continuous technical inspection services and state reports since 2010 for this development. This included an MDE physical site inspection in 2016 where all Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program (SWPPP) plans and mandatory inspection reports were examined and approved.
